Cancellation Policy
Rising Son Academy – Training Policy & Terms (Binding Agreement) By enrolling in any Rising Son Academy class, the student (“Participant”) agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions. 1. Enrollment & Commitment All registrations are final and secure a limited seat for the Participant. Enrollment is non-transferable and may not be reassigned. 2. Cancellation & Credit Policy If a Participant is unable to attend, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class via email or an approved communication channel. * Eligible Participants will receive a credit toward a future class. * Credits are valid for six (6) months from the original class date. * Credits are non-transferable and may only be applied to classes of equal or lesser value. * Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for refunds. 3. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the full class fee, with no credit or refund issued. 4. No Refund Policy All payments are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction, or non-attendance. 5. Course Suitability Clause If the Participant determines the class is not suitable for their skill level, they must notify the instructor during the first scheduled break of the initial session. * The “first scheduled break” refers to the first instructor-designated pause. * If properly notified, the Participant will be eligible for a 50% credit toward a future class. * Failure to notify within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the class. 6. Rescheduling by Rising Son Academy Rising Son Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to instructor availability, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be offered a rescheduled session or full credit. 7. Limitation of Liability Rising Son Academy shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid. 8. Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. 9. Agreement Enrollment confirms acceptance of these terms as a binding contract.
